Spirited Effort by American Hockey...so far
Wow! What a game it’s been! After 2 periods, the Americans lead the Canadians 3-2 on the ice. Brain Rafalski of the Detroit Red Wings has 2 of the 3 goals. And if you’ve missed it, get your TV onto MSNBC. The final two minutes of the 2nd period was a track meet! Breakaway for the US, followed by a breakaway for the Canucks, and then another for America.
